NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

During or after the contract period, the client undertakes to keep My Digitick’s confidential information strictly confidential. Confidential information must not be used or disclosed without written consent from My Digitick. The client agrees not to publicly criticize or attack My Digitick, its employees, associates, or partners on public forums, blogs, social networks, etc., during or after the contract period.

CONTRACT TERMINATION

The contract concludes when all specified terms are fulfilled, or if there’s a breach and either party decides to cancel. Termination can also occur by mutual agreement or due to impossibility arising from man-made (riots, acts of terrorism, war, etc.) or natural (flood, hurricane, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc.) calamities. Contracts can be canceled with 30 days written notice after the initial 30 days.
